TCR Group Search Division will handle your complete search process from seeking prospects to coordinating on-site final candidate interviews. TCR Group will save hours of staff and board time by utilizing nationwide contacts to find the right individual for your institution. We will also handle all details and be on-site for all key meetings and interview sessions. This process takes approximately 90 days to complete.

Once you have chosen the final candidates TCR Group will help you move skillfully through the final process. TCR Group staff will evaluate your final candidates, check provided references, discreetly review candidates through networking resources, arrange final interviews and assist the final candidate in understanding that your organization is their most promising next career step. This process takes approximately 30-45 days to complete.

Using TCR Group's national search data bank and selective networking, your organization will be provided 8 to 10 solid candidates for the position. All candidates will meet the client needs as defined by the organization. These candidates will have a mutual interest in the position prior to having their resumes submitted to you. This process takes approximately 60 days to complete.
