1) Campaign Feasibility Study (10-12 weeks)
A) Write a Case Statement: This document will be used as the foundation
for all activities relative to your proposed campaign.
B) Conduct Feasibility Study Interviews: Identify and interview a select
list of key individuals to invite their own assessment of your institution
and of your case for support. All such interviews are conducted in confidence,
promising those interviewed anonymity for their comments and indicated
level of commitment.
C) Submit a Written Report: This report summarizes information gathered
during the interviews.
D) Provide Supplemental Information: This information is relative to
successful management of your proposed campaign.
2) Advance Gifts Campaign (duration dependent upon feasibility study
results)
The goal of this campaign is to raise at least 50% of the total campaign
goal.
3) Public Gifts Campaign
The goal of this final phase is to raise the balance of the total campaign
goal, and to set up an ongoing fund raising plan for the client.
